The property has an area of 1,844 sq.m., and comprises 15 apartments together with the headquarters of the Sparkasse (Savings Bank). The building was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century and is protected by the Authority for the Preservation of Historic Monuments of Leipzig. The project allows us to understand the functioning of property management in Germany and to establish important relationships with local operators, the public authorities of the city of Leipzig and maintenance firms. We have managed and upgraded the property, and in 2015, following an increase in property values, we decided to sell it as a demonstration of the exponential growth of the market.

The property was sold in 2016.
