The closing of the acquisition by Rheingold took place at the beginning of 2014 with a major effort by the initial management. In fact, in the course of the first year 30% of the area of the centre were upgraded and completely reconstructed for the Deutsche Post and DHL.

Besides the numerous commercial units, both food and non-food, Rossmann, one of the main German drugstore and perfumery chains, is located here.

The Gablenz Center is currently Rheingold’s most important property.
